How We Work

A Revolutionary Tutoring Platform Made By Students For Students

The Problem

With the recent college admissions scandal it can be seen how not having private college counselors or high level connections can put you at a disadvantage. We need to help level the playing field in education.

Our Solution

A wide selection of student services at affordable costs. Personalized help, advice, and services shouldn't just be for those who can afford it. It's time to level the playing field in education.

Sellers

Students can buy educational services known as jobs. The jobs are then known as purchases when bought by sellers.

Order Process

The bell icon contains all purchase (“Order”) related notifications. You will also be able to access the resolution center from this page after an Order has been created. Your can create mutual cancellation or request arbitration from here.

Mutual cancellation allows for cancellation and refund of the Order if both the Seller and Buyer agree. Arbitration will get an admin member involved to resolve a dispute in favor of one party.

Once a buyer makes a payment, an Order is created. Edullo holds the money on behalf of the parties until the Order is successfully created. Buyers and Sellers are then given access to a private transaction page where they can communicate about the order.

Once the seller completes the Job, and marks the transaction as “delivered”, the buyer is prompted to request modifications or to accept the delivery. They can also use the resolution center available on the page to request mutual cancellation of the order or request arbitration. If a buyer fails to respond within 48 hours, the system would auto-complete the transaction.

When the Buyer marks an Order as complete, either manually or automatically through our system, the transaction goes into the clearing period of 3 days. The clearing period a security measure to protect from charge-backs and other security precautions. Following this clearing period, the money is available for Seller to withdraw using PayPal.

More extensive instructions and details can be found on the Terms and Conditions page under Orders.
